Spicy turnip risotto with beans and broccoli

250 g broccoli 1 pk parsley 1 pk onion 2 cloves garlic 2 pk egg 400 g sterilized cherry beans 200 g barley grits

1. 2. Fry the onion and garlic in the oil and add the chopped parsley and broccoli stems. Sauté for about 4 minutes and add the remaining broccoli florets. 3. Meanwhile, cook the grits in salted water until tender. Drain the remaining water. 4. Pour water or broth (about 1 dl) over the steamed broccoli. 5. Add the sterilised beans without juice and chopped chilli. 6. Add the mixture to the cooked grits and add the beaten eggs. Stir and put back in the pan and stir for about 3 minutes. 7. Season with salt and serve 🙂 Enjoy!
