150 ml broth 200 g sour cream 2 tbsp pickled green pepper a little salt a little white ground pepper

Bring the broth to the boil and let it partially evaporate. Then add the sour cream, rinsed green pepper and cook slowly, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens creamy. Do not boil it too long so that it does not curdle.

Salt and pepper the sauce to taste and set aside. Serve with roast meat, fish or steaks.
