1 pk lettuce 200 g Emmentaler 200 g cooked pineapple
Dressing:
100 g mayonnaise 100 ml cream 1 tbsp mustard a little tabasco a little salt

1.
Tear the lettuce into smaller pieces. Cut the emmental and drained pineapple into cubes and add them to the salad.

Mix the mayonnaise with the cream, mustard, season with a few drops of Tabasco and salt and pour over the salad. Stir and let cool.
