Spicy Lemon Broth

Hot mild broth seasoned with lemon juice, egg yolk, chopped chives or parsley and nutmeg.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Put at least a teaspoon of lemon juice in a soup cup, add the egg yolk, chopped parsley or chives on the tip of a round knife and add the mild boiling broth in batches while whisking with a fork
2. Salt the soup to taste and grate a pinch of nutmeg on top
3. Serve immediately.
