500 g beef front meat 250 g mushrooms 2 pcs tomato 1 leaf spinach 1 pcs red pepper 1 pcs green pepper 2 tbsp soy sauce 6 leaves basil 2 tbsp lime juice 1 pinch ground hot pepper a little colored pepper to taste salt a little ginger

1. Chop the ginger and boil it with the meat, spices, salt in 1,5 l of water for about 80 minutes. Steam, peel and cut the tomatoes into small pieces. Remove the seeds from the peppers and cut into small pieces. Chop the mushrooms and spinach leaves as well. 2. Remove the soft meat and strain the broth into another pot, add the mushrooms, tomatoes, spinach, peppers, soy sauce and boil briefly. Finally, add the basil, chillies, lime juice and meat.
