We offer you a recipe based on spelt flour instead of the classic wheat flour, which is becoming increasingly popular, as well as bear garlic pesto. Spelt is de facto a type of wheat, but it contains more fibre. As a result, it supports digestion. However, our pancake is not only “healthy”, but above all interesting in taste! It is full of brown mushrooms, cauliflower, scallions and lentils.
