Spanish tortilla with zucchini

1 pk onion 1 KL vegetable fat 2 pk eggs 1/4 KL herb salt 4 tbsp zucchini
step
1. In a pan with a diameter of about 18 cm, cook the onion until glassy. 2. Beat the eggs, season with salt and pour into the pan. Allow to thicken briefly, do not stir while thickening. 3. Place zucchini rounds on top of omelette, flip after 1-2 minutes and let fry briefly. Serve warm.
