Spaghetti with seafood

1 pk small red onion 1 clove garlic 70 g tomato puree 1 pk processed cheese (1 triangle) 5 tbsp vegetable broth 2 tbsp Chinese quality soy sauce 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 270 g seafood spaghetti

For seafood lovers.

Heat olive oil in a pan, add thinly sliced red onion and one garlic clove cut in half.

When the onions are browned, remove the garlic and add the seafood to the onions. Fry briefly, for about a minute, add the tomato puree, 5 tbsp vegetable stock, 2 tbsp soy sauce and cook for about 10-15 minutes without covering to reduce the sauce a little.

After about 10 minutes of cooking, add 1 triangle of processed cheese to the sauce, I used a curry stick. When the cheese is melted and everything is combined, add the cooked spaghetti to the finished sauce, stir well and leave on the heat for about 1 -2 minutes more.

Now the spaghetti with seafood is ready to serve.
