Hey everyone! Today I’m going to be sharing my spaghetti meat sauce recipe with all of you. This dish is super easy to make and only requires a few ingredients that you probably already have in your kitchen. It’s perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or for when you have guests over. Trust me, they’ll be impressed!
Here’s what you’ll need:
1 pound ground beef
1 onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (28 ounces) crushed tomatoes
1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
Instructions:
In a large pot over medium heat, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic until the beef is browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add the crushed tomatoes, diced tomatoes, sugar, salt, pepper, oregano, and basil. Stir until everything is combined.
Bring the sauce to a simmer and let it cook for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Meanwhile, cook your pasta according to the package directions. Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and add it to the sauce.
Serve with some grated cheese on top
