800 g potatoes 100 g fresh mushrooms 5 g sugar 40 g flour 2 dl sour cream 4 pcs egg to taste vinegar, salt, water, bay leaf, black pepper
step
1. Cover the sliced potatoes and mushrooms with water, add salt, pepper, bay leaf and boil. Thicken the cooked potatoes with a dressing of sour cream and flour and boil. 2. Add vinegar and sugar to taste. Serve with soft-boiled eggs.
