Sour Cream Vegetable

It is said that soup is a grunt and meat is a cork. And we add that cabbage is full of vitamins and sour cream is full of flavour.

Ingredients:

Number of servings: 5 1 package of white sauerkraut 1 liter vegetable broth 100 ml whipping cream 33% 3 pcs peppercorns 2 pcs allspice pods 2 pcs bean leaves 2 pcs legs of your favorite sausage 2 pcs potatoes 2 tbsp 2 tbsp smooth flour 1 tbsp butter 1/2 tbsp granulated sugar salt sour cream to serve

Procedure:

Place the jelly and brine in a saucepan, pour in the stock (200 ml) and simmer over a low heat for about 10 minutes.

Pour in the rest of the broth, add the bay leaf, allspice, pepper and diced peeled potatoes and season with salt. Cook until the potatoes are soft.

Mix the flour with the whipping cream and gradually add the mixture to the soup.

Melt the butter in a pan and add the ground paprika. Add this mixture also to the soup and let it boil.

Add the sliced sausage and season with sugar.

Decorate individual portions on the plate with a dollop of sour cream.
