Sour cream soup

ingredients

1/2 litre sour cream 1 litre water 20 g plain flour 100 g plain flour for the dough 1 pk egg to taste salt

step

1. Bring the salted water to the boil. 2. Mix the cream with the flour, add to the water and bring to the boil. 3. Prepare a batter from the flour and egg, grate it and boil it in the soup.
