500 g smoked neck pork 1 liter meat broth 500 g white beans 750 ml milk 250 g 12 cooking cream 100 g lard 100 g butter 100 g plain flour 100 g onion 10 g garlic 20 g ground pepper 100 g vinegar 10 g bay leaf 50 g sugar 20 g salt

1. Pour cold water over the beans and leave to soak for 6-12 h. Cook with the addition of bay leaves until tender. 2. Pour the stock over the softly cooked beans and thicken with the onion stock to which the paprika has been added and dilute with milk. Add the cream and cook for 30 min. 3. Set the cooked soup aside and let it cool, season with vinegar, sugar and salt. 4. Serve warm, but not boiling, put in it diced smoked meat.
