These are the meringues that our grandmothers baked in the East, such a name. A delicious sour cake that is suitable for a treat.
1.
Sieve flour into a bowl add sugar, salt to half of lukewarm milk add 1L sugar, flour 1PL, crumble yeast let the sourdough rise. Melt the butter, which add to the flour +yeast, eggs. Make a smooth dough which we put in a warm place to rise, it does not take long about 25-30 minutes.
2.
Prepare the apples for the filling.
3.
Transfer the risen dough to a floured work surface. Wash the apples, do not peel.. grate on a grater add sugar and ground cinnamon to taste, mix to taste.
4.
Divide the dough into two parts larger and smaller see photo.
5.
Divide the larger part of the dough into two parts, roll out the first part of the dough thinly see photo. Grease a 30x40cm baking tray with butter and fold the prepared dough, using a rolling pin.
6.
Place the grated apples on the dough, smooth it.
7.
Roll the second part of the dough over the apple filling. Let the dough rise a little on the baking sheet before putting it in the oven, brush with melted butter. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and bake for 30 minutes until golden.
8.
After baking, again while still hot, brush the dough lightly with melted butter let cool, cut into larger triangles and sprinkle with icing sugar before serving.
9.
As I made two fillings, I used one smaller part of the dough for the plum cake with sprinkles, see photo.
10.
This after baking, good taste to all.
