Soup with meatballs

Soup meatballs don’t have to be just liver, try using minced meat, eggs and other ingredients in any broth.

Ingredients:

1.5 l of any stock 100 g 1 pc of carrots For meatballs: 200 g of ground meat 1 pk egg 3-4 tbsp breadcrumbs

Procedure:

1. Mix the minced meat with the egg, breadcrumbs and spices, let the mixture rest in the fridge for an hour
2. Form the mixture into small balls and boil them in the boiling broth
3. Add the chopped carrots to the finished soup and pour in the cooked rice, boil until the carrots are soft and then serve.
