Soup with broccoli dumplings

1 pk broccoli to taste salt 1.25 liters water 2 tbsp butter 1 tbsp plain flour to taste vegeta some chives
Broccoli dumplings:
1/2 pk broccoli 1 pk egg 1 clove garlic 1 pinch grated nutmeg 1 pinch marjoram some breadcrumbs

Cook the broccoli in salted water and drain. Set the broth aside.

From half of the cooked broccoli prepare dumplings. Mash the broccoli with a fork, mix with the egg, pressed garlic, season with salt and pepper and thicken with breadcrumbs if necessary.

Make a light roux from the butter and flour, pour in the broccoli stock, season with the veggies and simmer for about 15 min. Then add the broccoli dumplings to the boiling soup and cook for another 5 min.

Supplement the soup with the remaining cooked broccoli, broken into florets and finely chopped chives and just reheat.
