Vegetable soup with oatmeal and pak choi

4 pcs potatoes 1 pcs onion 1 pcs parsley 2 tbsp oatmeal pcs salt, black pepper 1,5 liters water pcs cabbage baby pak choi
Vegetable soup, which always finds a place on our table.
Peel the peel and cut the parsley into small pieces. Peel the onions. Take the oatmeal and soak it in cold water so that it is coated. Cut the pak choi leaves into thin strips.
