Tortellini with Sage Butter

Cooked pasta baked in the oven with grated cheese, sage butter and sage leaves.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Wash the sage bundle, dry it, pluck the leaves, finely chop half of them and fry them in melted butter
2. Cook the tortellini in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packaging, then drain and leave to drain well
3. Then place the pasta in a greased baking dish, drizzle with sage butter, sprinkle with finely grated cheese, divide the remaining sage leaves on top, place in a preheated oven at 220 °C (200 °C) and bake for about 4 minutes
4. Serve while still hot immediately after removing from the oven and garnish with sage leaves.
