The best you’ve ever eaten. Combining the flavors of smoked ribs and smoked neck will create a unique base for a great tasting bean casserole.
First, the day before (overnight), cover the beans with cold water along with the bay leaves.
Prepare your slow cooker (slow cooker, slowcooker).
Just chop the onion and place in the slow cooker.
Add the smoked neck – dice half and slice the other half.
Add the washed smoked ribs.
Pour in the soaked beans along with the water in which they swelled.
Add the seasonings – allspice, ground cumin, garlic cloves and ground marjoram.
Wash with cold water.
Cook in a slow cooker on low for 10 hours.
