Recipe for Italian soup made with tomatoes, potatoes, beans and many other ingredients.
1. 1. When the onion is soft and slightly golden, add peeled potatoes cut into smaller cubes, cleaned, sliced carrots, celery stalks cut into smaller pieces and fry for another 2 minutes so that the Vegetable Recipes are covered with oil
3. Then add the steamed, peeled, cut into smaller pieces tomatoes, green beans, pour hot broth, salt, pepper, stir and cook slowly under a lid on low heat until almost tender
4. Finally, add the pasta, finely chopped parsley and bring to the boil.
Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
