1 pcs larger kohlrabi 1 pcs carrots 1 pcs medium onion pcs pepper to taste 2 liters bone broth pcs small pasta pcs salt
procedure
1.
First, boil the bone broth in a little salted water.Boil the bones for 1-1.5 hours.Add the spices as well.

Shred the kohlrabi,carrots and onions on a fine grater.

Fry it in a little oil and

I put the spices in a tea strainer and put it in the soup and let it simmer on low heat for at least half an hour more.You can also add the spices to the bone broth as soon as it boils.

Finally add a handful of small pasta let it simmer for a few min and season with salt.
