Kale soup with sausage

ingredients

1 pk kale 30 g lard 1 pk onion 20 g butter 20 g plain flour 100 g sausage to taste salt, ground black pepper

procedure

1. Cut the kale into slices, boil with hot water and drain. Fry the onion in the lard, add the kale and sauté. Then pour boiling water, season with salt and pepper and simmer until tender. 2. Prepare a roux from dry-roasted flour and butter, pour water over it, add the stewed kale and bring to the boil. Before serving, add the sliced sausage.
