Creamy pea soup

200 g peas 1.25 litres water 1 tbsp oil 1 pk onion 1 tbsp plain flour 1/2 tbsp ground cumin 1 pinch marjoram to taste salt 100 ml cream 2 cloves garlic

1.
Pre-soak the peas with water and boil them until tender. Let the soft peas cool for a while and then mash or puree them with the broth.

Fry the finely chopped onion in oil, sprinkle with flour and fry. Dilute with a little water and stir. Add the pea puree, tasca,marjoram, salt and simmer. Soften the soup with cream if necessary.
3.
Season the pea soup with pressed garlic.
