300 ml sparkling mineral water 200 ml milk 2 tbsp oil 2 pcs eggs 1 pinch salt 250 g plain flour 2 tbsp cocoa nutella for filling bananas
An irresistible delicacy (not only) for breakfast.
Mix all ingredients with a blender until smooth (also oil). If the batter is thicker, add a little more water. And we can bake.
I only put a few drops of oil in the pan at the beginning, when I bake the first pancake. We don’t need more oil since it’s in the batter.
Smear the pancake with nutella and put a banana in the middle. Toss each pancake and cut into 3 parts.
Decorate at will and a delicious dessert is ready.
