Clean the garlic and cut into rounds.Melt the butter in a saucepan,add the garlic and fry lightly.Make sure it doesn’t brown and add the flour and stock.Make a paste and cover with water.While it is boiling,make a soft batter from the egg and a little flour,which we boil into the soup.Add the cream,season with salt and set aside.Finally,fry the bread cubes in the pan,which we add to the soup when serving.
