1/2 kg beef bones 100 g root Vegetable Recipes 1 pk onion 1 clove garlic to taste water to taste salt 1 pk potatoes
procedure
1. Wash the bones and boil in cold water. 2. After boiling for an hour, add the cleaned Vegetable Recipes and potato, salt and cook slowly for about 1.5 h. 3. Strain the cooked and boil the brew. Liver or semolina gnocchi are most suitable for this soup.
