Soup from drůbků

Grub of goose, duck, chicken or even turkey boiled in water together with Vegetable Recipes and spices.

Ingredients:

Fragments: head, neck, wings, heart … 150 g of root Vegetable Recipes 50 g noodles (rice) 2.5 l water muscadine flower parsley pepper salt

Procedure:

Cook the cleaned poultry in salted water for about 2-3 hours depending on the age of the poultry

About half an hour before cooking, add the cleaned root Vegetable Recipes

When the poultry is soft, strain the soup and boil the noodles or rice

Soak the noodles or rice

Slice the greens and add to the soup

Spice with mace, pepper and parsley

Slice the meat from the fritters and add to the soup, or serve it as a separate course in different arrangements.

Recommendation:

Shorten the cooking time by using a pressure cooker. You can also add rosettes of cooked cauliflower, leek rounds, peas or other Vegetable Recipes to the soup.
