Sosionomine salad

A classic from birth. Sesame tomato salad is savoury, but with the sweetness of grapefruit, it’s very fresh. The ready-grilled chickens in the shops are not only good, they are usually very inexpensive.
Ingredients for six
1 grilled broiler 3 sprigs of celery 250g fusilli paste (dry) 400g green chilli paste1 frisee salad 1 big red pepper 200g hard Italian cheese;(parmesan or grana padano) a handful of fresh herbs of your choice
Sauce
1,5dl mayonnaise 1,5dl sour cream3 tbsp white wine vinegar 2 tsp cane sugar 1 tbsp paprika powder salt and pepper
Cut the salad into small pieces and place in a bowl. Rinse and set aside to dry.
Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente and drain. Mix the sauce ingredients and season.
Cut the chicken into small pieces. Chop the celery stalks and peppers. Cut the grapefruit in half. Shred the cheese.
Stir the sauce into the cooked pasta. Toss the chicken, celery, cheese and peppers with the pasta. Stir to combine.
Add the grapefruit and gently stir to combine.
Choose a suitable bowl and place a frisee on the bottom and sides. Then place the pasta portion of the salad in the centre of the bowl to form a wedge. Garnish with herbs and grapefruit.
