Something like Minestrone

If you prefer international cuisine, try “Something like Minestrone”. This is a traditional thick Italian soup full of Vegetable Recipes that is very tasty and healthy. It usually includes pasta or rice, and its thickness makes it a stand-alone dish. According to the Italians, it is the best soup in the world, so judge for yourself.

Ingredients:

100 g of cappuccino 100 g greens 300 g tomato puree 3 pieces of root Vegetable Recipes (1 parsley, 1 celery, 1 carrot) 1 piece powder wild spices (pepper, allspice, bay leaf) basil, thyme, rosemary, garlic cooking/water pasta bibles oil salt

Procedure:

First, boil the pasta in salted water, drain and set aside.

Fry the onion, garlic, potatoes in oil and then add the chopped root Vegetable Recipes. After a while, add the wild spices and tomato paste, add water and let it simmer. After about 10 minutes, pour in the tomato puree, season, and simmer for a few more minutes.

The soup can be served with pre-cooked small pasta.
