Super soft curried pork cutlets!

So prepare all the necessary ingredients.

Tenderize the meat. Season with salt and pepper on each side.

Sprinkle each schnitzel with breadcrumbs.

I always put a bag when I knead the meat so that it is not everywhere… So we put the breadcrumbs into the meat.

I wrap each schnitzel in an egg.

I fry the brisket on both sides in oil.

and transfer to a baking tray. ( There are only two of us, so 4 slices of meat is enough, but feel free to use more) Heat the oven to 180C

While we are waiting for the oven, we chop the onions ( I don’t think I can even chop onions by hand anymore :)) hh because I do everything in a blender )

so blend the onions

add water, mustard and ketchup ( I blend it for 2-3 sec when I add stuff )

pour the mixture over the cutlets. If you accidentally put a little water so add a little more, because the meat will actually stew on that water and then it is soft the next day

cover with foil and put in the oven at 170-180C for about 45-50min (depending on your oven )

and serve with porridge 🙂
