1,5 dl powdered sugar 1,5 dl vegetable oil 2 dl milk 3 tbsp buttermilk 2 pcs egg 750 g polohr. flour 1 tsp baking soda 2 pcs lemon or lime zest
Cream
600 ml milk 2 packets vanilla cream pudding 2 packets vanilla sugar lemon juice of 2 lemons 500 g Mascarpone

For the pastry, mix, work out all the ingredients and divide the mixture into 4 parts for 4 sheets of pastry.

Roll out the dough on a board. Bake at 150°C for 15-20 minutes or until golden. Carefully, maintaining the white – golden colour of the pastry (if possible).

For the custard, mix the custard and sugar in the milk and cook over a low heat until thickened. Remove from heat and allow to cool.

Add the mascarpone mixed with the vanilla sugar and the lemon juice, a little at a time. The cream should not spill.
5.
Divide the cream into 4 parts and spread on the cooled sheets.
6.
Refrigerate and slice the next day.
