Croquettes of stiff snow, sesame seeds, boiled eggs and grated cheese, coated with breadcrumbs, fried until golden brown.

Procedure:
1. Beat egg whites until stiff
2. Stir in the peeled, chopped eggs, finely grated cheese and sesame seeds 3. Use a spoon to cut out pieces, coat in breadcrumbs and fry in heated oil until golden brown
