Snail Liver

A great appetizer suitable for example as part of the New Year’s Eve menu. Ingredients for 2-4 people, price of ingredients for 1 person (4 servings) – only about 65,-Kč

Ingredients:

30 g of ham liver 12 pcs of rolls (one-shots)

/td> butter to spread on the bread salt, the liver needs more salt!

Procedure:

1. Simply cut a roll or baguette into rounds and spread with butter
2. Add the snail liver, adding more salt to bring out the delicate flavor of the liver
3. Finally, you can sprinkle lightly with white pepper, you will get 10 pieces of original goodies!

Recommendation:

Wash with white wine.
