125 g fresh strawberries 1 pcs banana 1 pcs avocado 1/2 pcs vanilla pod – marrow 2 packets rum-flavoured cane sugar 1/2 litre coconut milk fresh mint

Healthy and tasty drink.

Clean and wash the strawberries. Cut into halves, reserve a few whole pieces for garnish. Peel the banana and cut into smaller pieces. Cut the avocado lengthwise, remove the pit and scoop out the flesh. Cut the vanilla pod lengthwise and scoop out the pulp with a spoon.

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend well. Let cool briefly.

Pour into glasses, add a straw, garnish with a sprig of mint and strawberries. Enjoy!
