Smoked shrimps with quinoa

ingredients

1 pk alder smoking board BGE 10 pk prawns 1 pk ghee butter 1 handful parsley 1 pk lemon pk pinch of Himalayan salt pk multicoloured spices pk quinoa pk carrot and parsley

Tasty and unconventional

Smoke the shrimps directly on the plate just lightly drizzled with lemon for about 4-5 min. at about 200°C

Add chopped parsley, salt, pepper, a few drops of lemon to the melted ghee butter and toss with the smoked prawns.

Then serve this with guinoa, which is prepared by sautéing the smoked parsley with carrots (the way you make risotto).

Simple preparation and yet the result will be unique, like a green egg 😀
