Smoked salmon burger with dill hole

2 pcs gluten-free burger patties 400 g smoked salmon 1/2 pcs red onion pcs salt pcs black pepper 1 clove garlic pcs dried chilli 1 pcs egg 150 g gluten-free breadcrumbs
Dip
2 dl sour cream 2 tbsp fresh dill pk salt pk black pepper
Finish
pk mixed lettuce 2 tbsp dijon mustard pk fresh lemon juice pk oil spray

Simple burger for smoked salmon lovers.
1. Preheat a grill pan. 2. Meanwhile, prepare the salmon mixture for the burger – finely chopped salmon, red onion, salt, black pepper, egg, dried chilli, garlic and gluten-free breadcrumbs. Mix everything together and let rest to combine flavors for about 4 minutes. 3. Spray a preheated frying pan with oil and add the two prepared portions of salmon burger mixture. Grill on each side for 2-3 minutes. 4. Grill the gluten-free burger patties in the grill pan. 5. Then layer – brush burger with Dijon mustard, add fresh lettuce mix to taste, grilled smoked salmon burger, dill dip and drizzle with fresh lemon juice. 6. Prepare dill dip – sour cream, fresh dill finely chopped, salt and black pepper. Mix everything together.
