Smoked Roast

Homemade smoked product made from cured pork roast, prepared by heating in warm water and then smoking.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Heat the pork roast in water warm 40-50°C for about 60 minutes
2. Then hang it with a hook to drip and place it in a warm smoker to dry thoroughly
3. After drying, smoke the roast with hardwood smoke at 50-60 °C until golden yellow.
