Arctic cornbread is a sweet and malty delicacy, which can be used to make smoked fish bread, for example. In Tallinn, if you’re in the market, you should bring more and freeze it; the price difference with Finland is huge.
Smoked fish sandwich for four

Boil the eggs until hard and then boil. Dump the fish into a bowl. Add mayonnaise and sour cream. Chop the onion and season with the rest of the ingredients and add a few dill for garnish. Knead to a smooth paste.
Slightly knead the black bread and use it and the fish mayonnaise to make the bread. Garnish with dill sprigs.
