Slow Cooker Pulled Pork and Peppers Recipe

This pulled pork is so easy and convenient to prepare and cook in the slow cooker. Serve the shredded pork with roasted garlic cloves slaw, a pickled marinade and a side of barbecue sauce.

What You’ll Need
. 1 cooked pork 1 to 2 tablespoons of barbecue seasoning (steak, burger or spicy chicken) 2 limes (juice of lime or about 1/4 cup apple juice) 2 medium onions (sliced) 1 bell pepper (green, seeded, roughly chopped) 2 to 3 cups barbecue sauce (or to taste)
How to make it
Put about half the onions in a slow cooker. Place the pork on the fried onions and sprinkle with the rich seasoning. Add the rest of the onions and the juices from the peppers and lamb.
