Hamburger stuffed with Slovak goodies. After a hard hiking in the Tatras, I prepared a hamburger with the taste of Slovakia. Preparing the meat is easy, it’s up to you whether you bake your own bun and roast potatoes or reach for a quicker version from the bakery. How to do it?
1.
Fry bacon strips on both sides in a dry frying pan, then cut them into small pieces when cooked. Beat the Bryndza cheese until smooth, add the fried bacon, grated cheese and mix.
2.
Shape the frozen mincemeat into smaller balls- palm sized. Using the fingers of the palm of the hand, press the ball into a pancake, fill with the bryndza filling and place the shaped meat pancake on top of the pancake again, press the edges with your fingers, shape in your hands so that the filling does not ooze out.
3.
We have bacon fat left in the pan, add oil and roast the stuffed meat on both sides over a gentle heat to make progress. When the meat is already browned on both sides, place a slice of cheddar cheese on top. After a minute, remove from the pan and serve.
4.
Toast a sliced bun in a dry frying pan, fill it with Vegetable Recipes to taste, place the browned stuffed meat with cheddar and cover with the other bun. As a side dish, have roasted potatoes, chips, Vegetable Recipes. Enjoy!
