500 g pork liver 500 g pork belly 500 g onion 150 g lard 500 g sterilised lentils 20 g garlic 20 g pickled hot peppers 60 g tomato puree 1 g cumin 30 g salt 40 g plain flour

1. Fry the onion in the lard, add the diced pork belly and roast, sauté, thicken with flour. 2. Add the lentils and diced hot peppers, simmer and add the tomato puree. 3. Finally, season the stew with garlic, salt and cumin.
