Fried dumplings filled with apricot, covered with sweetened milk and smeared with butter, baked in the oven.

Procedure:
1. Mix the flour with the sugar, crumbled yeast, lukewarm milk and let it rise in a warm place
2. Sift the plain flour, salt, sugar, finely grated lemon zest, eggs dissolved in milk, sourdough starter into a bowl and mix until the dough stops sticking to the sides of the bowl
3. Finally, incorporate the melted butter into the dough and leave in a warm place to rise, then roll out the dough on a floured rolling pin into a 1 cm thick sheet and cut it into 12 squares
4. Then pour the boiling sweetened milk over the dumplings, brush with butter, place in the oven and bake for approximately 20 minutes at 170 °C
6. Serve the dumplings covered with milk from the baking dish, sprinkled with toasted breadcrumbs and icing sugar.
