Slices with strawberry yoghurt and strawberries

5 pcs egg 6 tbsp granulated sugar 5 tbsp semi-coarse flour 1 tbsp Gustin fine cornstarch Dr.Oetker 3 tbsp cocoa powder 180 ml vegetable oil pcs Dr.Oetker vanilla flavouring, salt (pinch) 1 pcs Dr.Oetker 500 g strawberries for the filling 5 gelatin to stiffen the cream Dr.Oetker 2 pcs whipped cream powder Dr.Oetker 300 ml milk 3 crucibles Jogobella strawberry yoghurt 250 ml strawberry syrup + water(or juice from the compote) 70 g powdered sugar

A little bit more challenging recipe. But the result is worth the effort. The breakdown of ingredients is half.

Wipe the eggs with sugar until frothy, add vanilla flavouring. Progressively add the flour, which has been mixed with starch and baking powder.Then add the oil, a pinch of salt and cocoa. Divide the dough in half and bake each dough separately. Bake each for about 15 min. temperature 180deg.

Prepare the gelatine according to the instructions on the package. Mix the yoghurt in a bowl with the strawberry juice, add the water powdered sugar. Beat with a mixer and add the gelatine. Mix the cream with the milk and whisk and add it to the strawberry mixture.Stir gently. The cream is ready.

Place the filling on top of the baked pastry, layer the sliced strawberries and press them into the cream. Smooth and place the second sheet of pastry,pressing it as well. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
