Simple Pea Soup with Gnocchi

Soup made from water, vegetable bouillon cubes, spices and frozen peas, served with semolina gnocchi preserved directly in the soup.

Procedure:
1. Put frozen peas in water, bring to boil and add broths, salt pepper, simmer for 10-15 minutes to make peas crispy
2. In the meantime, make gnocchi; in a deep plate, whisk the eggs, salt and butter, and add semolina to such a thickness that you can use a spoon to scoop out the gnocchi from the plate into the soup
3. After 15 minutes, taste the soup, season with spices and salt, scoop the gnocchi into the soup with a spoon and let it boil for about 5 more minutes.
