Simple homemade potato bread

ingredients

750 g plain flour 1 pk yeast 1 pk salt 1 pk vinegar 1 pk oil 1 pk caraway seeds 3 pk boiled potato to taste water as needed, a little sugar, salt

procedure

Make a sourdough starter with yeast, a little warm water, a little flour and sugar. Then add the mashed potatoes, flour, salt, caraway seeds, oil, vinegar and knead the dough. Leave to rise. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and leave to rise. Before placing in the oven, brush the bread with the water in which you dissolved the salt. Bake at 180-200 °C for about 40 minutes. After baking, brush again with salt water.
