600 g fish 1,25 liters water to taste salt 2 pcs carrot 1 pcs bay leaf some celery 4 pcs whole black peppercorns 4 pcs cloves 50 g lard 40 g plain flour some chopped parsley
procedure
1. Wash, clean and chop the fish. Put them in cold water, add the chopped carrot, bay leaf, celery, peppercorns, cloves and cook the fish until tender. 2. Then take them out, remove the bones and divide them into bowls together with the carrots. Fry the flour in the lard and pour a little stock over it. Pour the stock into the soup and set aside. Pour the soup into bowls and garnish with the parsley.
