Simple dough for homemade pizza.

1 kg plain flour extra special 1 pk fresh yeast ( 42g) 1/2 liter lukewarm water 1/2 dl oil 2 tsp salt 2 tsp sugar for garnish: salami,ham,bacon,mushrooms,cheese,leek,corn,tomato puree,spices and to taste ingredients
procedure
1.
Prepare the sourdough in the classic way.Prepare the sourdough starter and mix all the ingredients into the sifted flour and make a smooth dough.

Let the dough rise in a warm place.

Knead the risen dough on a lightly floured board, cover with a cloth and let it rise for a few minutes.Meanwhile, prepare the ingredients for the dough lining.

Place the dough and divide it into 4 parts.

Roll out each part into a circle, transfer to a baking sheet and make the toppings according to your taste.You can brush the dough with puree or ketchup and then, depending on your taste, make a pizza with a milder flavour or a spicier one.

This one was for the kids with a milder taste with ham and corn.
7.
This one was spicier for the adults with mushrooms and bacon and sausage.
