Cottage cheese balls ready in one-two…

From cottage cheese, semolina and eggs, make a dough. I also added a little ground vanilla, but it doesn’t have to be. Put about 110g of semolina first and add progressively, a lot depends on the size of the eggs. The dough is stiffer, shapes well, but still soft.

Take chunks out of the dough and shape into walnut sized balls. I make a cylinder and take from it, it is easier to make balls of the same size.

Another great dinner that you can involve the kids in preparing.

Place in boiling water and cook for about 8minutes. The balls will start to float after a while, cook for a while more.

Serve topped with butter and sprinkled with granola or toasted breadcrumbs.
