Procedure:
1. Make a noodle dough
2. Let the stiff smooth dough rest for about 30 minutes 3. Roll out the dough lightly and use a 3.5 cm diameter mould to make circles in the dough
5. Brush with egg
6. Put a piece of filling in the centre of the marked rings with a spoon, then cut out the rings, fold them in half and press them well at the edge
7. Cook the individual pelmeni in slightly boiling salted water for about 10 minutes

Recommendation:
Sweet and sour cabbage as a side dish will make this dish even better.
