procedure
Roll out the sour dough to a thickness of 15 mm. Cut into thin long strips, then roll crosswise into small pieces. Form them into small balls weighing 15-20 g. Boil the potatoes in salted water and add the sour dough balls. About 5 minutes before boiling, add the fried onion, cream and salt to the soup. Finally, add the grated carrots.
